Questions & Answers

Where does Maker Vegas take place?

Maker Vegas is hosted in Downtown Las Vegas, with evening excursions throughout the Las Vegas valley. Attendees will get a schedule with locations one week before the retreat.

What’s included in my ticket?

Each ticket includes a light breakfast and coffee, lunch, scheduled programming, curated group experiences, retreat workshops, and a Maker Division swag bag. Please refer to the package details for exact inclusions.

Are my transportation, lodging, and meals covered?

Travel, lodging, transportation, and dinners are not included unless explicitly stated. This keeps ticket prices flexible and allows attendees to choose accommodations that fit their preferences.

Are admissions and entry fees included?

Yes. Admission to all group-planned activities, venues, and museums listed in the final itineraries are included in your ticket price.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available to approved attendees.

Can I talk to someone before registering?

Yes. Pre-approved attendees are welcome to schedule a private call with Steph or Ben to talk through ticket options, timing, or fit. You’ll receive a link to schedule once your application is approved.

Why is attendance capped and approved?

The quality of the room matters. Capping attendance allows for meaningful connection, trust, and a better experience for everyone involved.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable due to the nature of event planning. In some cases, tickets may be transferable with approval.

How does the application work?

Complete the Maker Vegas application to tell us about your business and your goals for attending. We’ll review it to make sure it’s a strong mutual fit. If it feels like a fit, you’ll hear from us with next steps, including ticket options and the chance to schedule a call with Steph or Ben. Approved attendees receive access to purchase, with payment plan options.

Is there an early-bird price?

Yes. Standard is $2,499 instead of $3,499, and VIP is $3,499 instead of $4,499. Early-bird pricing ends August 30.
