When Ben and I first dreamed up Maker Vegas, we knew exactly what we didn’t want it to become.

We didn’t want another conference.

We didn’t want a hotel ballroom full of lanyards, lunch lines, and people talking at each other.

And we definitely didn’t want an event where everyone leaves inspired… and then goes right back to business as usual.

We wanted to create something better. Not bigger.

So we created a high-touch, intentionally small retreat experience built around shared exploration, thoughtful strategy, and business momentum that lasts beyond your stay.

It’s a place where creative studio owners can step out of constant production - out of Slack, emails, deadlines, and deliverables - and into real conversations with people who actually understand what it takes to build something of your own, on your own terms.

And my home city of Las Vegas plays a big role in that.

Vegas is built on reinvention and bold decisions. When used intentionally, it becomes an incredible backdrop for creative exploration and for honest conversations about what’s next in your business.

Vegas is part of the experience, not just the location.

Among the neon lights and the city’s rich creative history, you’ll join an intimate group sharing curated experiences with hands-on support, not schedules packed with passive workshops and speakers on a distant stage.

Whether we’re walking the city gathering inspiration, navigating an industry event side-by-side, or workshopping what your team and income streams need to look like so you can step out of the daily client grind, the goal is the same:
