Have questions about the Division? Interested in sponsoring a newsletter? Want more information about our retreats? We're here for it.
What to expect. We read every message that comes through, every time.
Response times stretch when things get busy, and this inbox isn't watched around the clock, but nothing falls through. If we need more from you to sort it out, we'll ask.
Sorry about that, let's fix it. Choose member support on the form, or just email support@makerdivision.com and skip the form entirely. That reaches Stephanie, Lisa, and Ben directly, and one of us will pick it up. Access and billing problems usually get sorted the same day.
Email support@makerdivision.com and we'll take care of it. A real person handles every billing question, and we'd much rather sort out a double charge or a failed card quickly than have you sitting there wondering.
Of course, any time, right from your account settings. No phone call, no exit interview, no offer designed to wear you down. And if you're still inside your first 30 days, the money-back guarantee covers you completely.
We really wish we could, and we've looked for a way. Our system just doesn't offer it. What we'd suggest is cancelling for now and coming back when the timing is better. Your progress and everything you've posted stays exactly where you left it, so you pick up where you stopped rather than starting over. It happens all the time, we're always glad to see people come back, and there's no penalty or awkwardness in it.
Quite a bit, and more on the way. The membership is the heart of it, with the full curriculum, weekly coaching, and the community. Alongside that we run standalone workshops and courses like Project: Branding and Rock Your Brand, plus two in-person retreats a year. A shop with templates, tools, and some merch is coming soon.
$149 a month, or $125 a month if you pay for the year. The Membership page walks through everything that comes with it, including the things that don't, because we'd rather you know now than in week three.
Not at all. The workshops and courses stand on their own, and plenty of people start there and never join. Members do get first access and a better price on most of it, but nothing is locked behind the door.
We run two a year, deliberately small, and they're the closest thing we have to a lightning bolt. Two days in a room with people working on the same problems you are. Details and dates go out to the newsletter and the community first, so that's the best place to hear about the next one.
Genuinely, faster by taking the diagnostic than by asking us. It takes about six minutes and gives you a real read on where your business is right now rather than our guess. If you'd rather just look around, take the tour and see the whole thing before you decide anything.
You can, and we're happy to. That said, the tour will probably answer more than a call would, and it won't try to sell you anything. If you still have a question after watching, send it through the form and we'll give you a straight answer, including if the honest one is "not yet."
Not even slightly. The form is open to everyone. Members just get prioritized, because they're paying us to be there when something breaks.
Yes to all of it. Pick that option on the form so it routes properly instead of sitting behind support tickets. The Press page has bios, topics, and assets if you want them first.
We're open to the right ones. Tell us what you have in mind on the form and we'll take a proper look.
Lovely, we have a whole hub for that inside the community. Send us a message and we'll point you to it.
Not sure what to ask yet?
